My love for baking started at an early age, growing up watching my mum create her own bespoke cakes in our family kitchen. Baking has always been my happy place and creating cakes for family and friends has brought me huge amounts of joy and satisfaction.

I now have four young daughters of my own and, as a result, I developed a desire to find a better work/life balance. Creating wedding cakes allows me to combine the two things I enjoy most in life - being at home for my children, and baking beautiful bespoke wedding cakes.

I will never tire of learning about each new couple’s plans for their own, unique wedding day and ensuring all these ideas are incorporated into the design and creation of a beautifully special wedding cake.
